The condition of a drinker who maintains positive pressure by mouth and denies needing assistance. Jazzabelle became NIPPV'd and inflated every syllable during the discussion of parking. NIPT'd adj. Softened by drink into asking expectant strangers questions they had not offered to answer. Rexanna got NIPT'd and discussed everyone’s possible babies before pudding. NIR'd adj. Still drunk, and giving off a wavelength of attention detectable chiefly by those standing nearest. Micchael remained NIR'd and kept attracting Ugonna's reluctant notice from across the pub.
